RETURNS
All returns are payable by the customer. Please return any unwanted items within 14 days.
Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your return. We advise customers to send their returns on a tracked service.
Please ensure your order number is included or we may be unable to process it.

Returns accepted in unused, new condition.
Items sent in a gifting box need to be returned unopened.
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS:
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we aim for all orders to arrive in the same condition that we dispatch them, if anything arrives damaged, faulty or there is any other problem with your order then please contact us within two weeks of receiving your faulty/damaged product and we'll do our best to resolve this for you!
If any product develops a fault after 6 Months, It is up to the customer to prove this was faulty at the point of delivery.
